I tried Nerdwax and it does help at first, which is nice, but I was hoping it would last a bit longer for the price. I found myself needing to reapply it more often than expected, and the tube is small. It’s not a bad product by any means, and I can see it being useful, but for me it just felt a little expensive for what it does.

I got this thinking, okay, perfect, I’ll just toss it in my bag and have it whenever I need it. But in reality, the tube gets kind of messy, and then I’m digging around thinking, wait, did I even bring it? Most of the time I forget it anyway. It’s just not very pocket-friendly for me, so if you’re planning to carry it around all day, it might get a bit annoying

I really wanted to like this, but it felt odd on my skin almost right away. It had this sticky, kind of waxy feel that I couldn’t stop noticing, especially around my nose where my glasses sit. After wearing it for a little while, my skin started feeling irritated and I just wanted to wash it off. Maybe it works better for other people, but it was uncomfortable for me. Has anyone else had the same issue with the texture or irritation? I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I really wanted to like Nerdwax because I’ve seen other people say it works well, and I was hoping I’d have the same experience. It goes onto my glasses fine and it does help a bit with slipping, but the texture feels way too sticky and waxy to me. I can feel it on the frames when I touch them, and it seems to pick up little bits of lint, which kind of bothers me. Maybe I’m just more picky about the feel than other people, but I can’t see myself using it every day. Not awful, just not quite what I expected.

I assumed Nerdwax would work better since it seems like the more polished option, but it slipped off fast for me. Meanwhile, my cheap silicone grips just stayed in place without any fuss. Maybe it depends on your glasses, but I’d grab the silicone ones again

The order itself was fine, but the shipping was slow. As someone who likes to plan around deliveries, it was a bit frustrating that it took longer than expected and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me much. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped

I was just trying to place a simple order, but the whole process was kind of a pain. The site was really slow on my phone, and every time I tried to add my address, checkout kept jumping back like it didn’t save anything. I finally got the order to go through, but then I didn’t get a confirmation email for a while, so I wasn’t even sure it worked. When companies reply with the usual canned “sorry for the inconvenience” stuff, it just makes it more annoying. Not the smoothest experience

It has a sorta waxy smell to it, to be honest. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely noticeable.

It does help a bit, but every time I use it my glasses end up with this sticky residue that’s really annoying. I kind of feel trapped using it because I want the benefit, but then I have to deal with cleaning my glasses afterward.

The wax itself works fine, but I’m a little confused because the website made it seem like the tube would be sturdy and easy to carry around. After just a couple weeks in my bag, the tube cracked and now it’s messy every time I try to use it. For the price, I expected the packaging to last a lot longer.

I really wanted this to work out, but once it started getting warm, it just didn’t hold up. It was frustrating because I was expecting it to last better, and seeing it fail so quickly in warmer conditions made me feel like it wasn’t worth it

It worked for a little while, like i said, but once I was outside my sunglasses still kept sliding down. Like i said, it wasn’t totally useless, just didn’t really solve the problem for me...

I ended up with a rash after using this, which was really frustrating. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody actually read my message. Not a great experience...

I picked up Nerdwax because my glasses are constantly sliding down my face, it does what it says. I’ve usually stuck with my regular glasses accessories and wasn’t sure I wanted to switch things up, but this actually made a noticeable difference. Once I put it on, I could barely see it unless I got really close to the mirror.

The only thing is, if I use a little too much, there’s a slight waxy shine on the nose pads. It’s not enough to bother me much, but it does make me cautious with how I apply it. I’m still kind of loyal to my usual stuff, but I can see myself keeping this around. 4 stars.
